General.

Worldwide shipping is available.
If your country is not available at checkout please contact me and I will set this up for you.
Tracked & Insured shipping on ceramics is highly recommended. If not selected I cannot take any responsibility for lost or damaged items and Royal Mail may not give you compensation.
If you have selected Tracked & Insured, any lost or damaged items must be processed by you through Royal Mail, where you will receive compensation.

Shipping Speed

All orders are sent from London, United Kingdom.
Uk orders usually arrive within 2-5 days.
International orders can arrive anywhere between 5-14 days, orders during busy periods such as Christmas may take longer.

Customs Fees

Shipments outside of the United Kingdom may incur customs fees, depending on destination. The fee may vary depending on your countries duty tax.
Calculating any custom / duty fees and paying them through customs is your own responsibility.
